Guidelines for Re-Use

We appreciate your interest in re-use of the photos from the website. Use of the photos is generally allowed for promotional purposes, subject to some basic guidelines. If you have any questions about the guidelines, or your use doesn't seem to fit within them, contact Bo. Website Uses

Visitors and fans of Bo's music are free to re-use the photos from his website in their own websites. We do, though, request that:

1. If the shot is from one of the photographer's collections, you include a proper credit for the photographer somewhere on the page where the photo appears, and make it prominent enough that your visitors can see it and the photographer receives proper recognition.
2. While album covers may be re-used without credit, you provide a link back to Bo's site (either from the photo itself or the surrounding text) whenever you do so.
3. In all cases, contact Bo via one of the methods noted on the contacts page and let him know you've used the picture, and where he can find it on the Internet.

Please note that Bo reserves the final right of approval on all such uses.

Print Uses

The photos in the website may be used by members of the press, critics and reviewers, and venues/promoters as they find appropriate. We do request the following:

1. If the shot is from one of the photographer's collections, you include a proper credit for the photographer somewhere on the printed page where the photo appears, and make it prominent enough that your readers/viewers can read it and the photographer receives proper recognition.
2. In the case of album covers, legitimate promotional use is allowed without restriction.
3. If the photos in the website don't quite serve your purpose, or the quality of the compressed images doesn't reproduce properly, you are encouraged to contact Bo and request a press or promotional packet. Originals of the photos can be provided for appropriate use.
4. In all cases where photos are used in circulated print materials (magazines, newspapers, etc.), a hard copy of the article or review should be mailed to Bo upon publication.

Other Uses

All other uses of the photos from Bo's website, including multimedia or other uses intended for circulation, must be approved by Bo in advance of use. Contact Bo with the details of your proposed use and he'll work with you from there.
